The Integrated Action Plan represents the key outcome of Municipality of Përmet within the ARCHETHICS network. It was developed by the URBACT Local Group (ULG) with the support of local stakeholder groups, through an inclusive and collaborative process.
This forward-looking strategic plan addresses the challenges associated with dissonant heritage in Përmet, aiming to preserve, promote, and sustainably manage this unique aspect of local identity.
In line with its strategic objectives, the Integrated Action Plan outlines:
specific and detailed actions for implementation,
clear timelines,
defined institutional responsibilities,
monitoring indicators, and
risk management strategies to ensure successful implementation.
This document serves as a vital local policy tool, offering a concrete and sustainable response to the identified challenges.
